AthMindset is a team of diverse mental health practitioners who are committed to the overall well-being of athletes, coaches, teams, and the entire sport ecosystem. 

Our team is composed of licensed mental health professionals, those who are soon to be licensed, Certified Mental Performance Consultants, and those in pursuit of their CMPC. 

Our team has a deep understanding of the complex and multiple demands that the elite athlete faces, on and off the field. 

AthMindset approaches athlete mental health from a holistic perspective addressing the complex responsibilities and daily demands, not as challenges, but as opportunities to grow and learn- as we know they are humans first. 

Our team is grounded in the theories of our professions and skillfully involved in the process of assessment, prevention, diagnosing, treatment planning, intervention, and recovery of the elite athlete's mental health, as needed. 

We provide consultation on the acquisition and implementation of mental tools that lead to the development of mental skills to support the athlete in performing at their best, on and off the field of play. 

Mental tools include imagery, goal setting, creating routines, goal setting, and positive self-talk. Mental skills that can be developed are a capacity to stay motivated and confident, as well as the ability to emotionally regulate and focus.
