Spotlight: Cari has played 8 years in the NWSL, but while she is not playing, she is passionate about giving back in the mental health space and paving the way for younger generations. Along with her former college teammate she co-hosts a podcast, Butterfly Road, which seeks to change the way society views mental health, specifically in athletics.

Spotlight: Sydney Collins grew up in Portland, Oregon before attending UC Berkeley, where she studied Media Studies and Education and competed as a defender for 4.5 years. She has played professionally in the NWSL for three seasons, first with the North Carolina Courage before being traded to Bay FC, and has also represented the Canadian National Team. Having faced major injuries and setbacks throughout her career, Sydney is passionate about mentoring young athletes through both the highs and challenges of their journeys. She values leadership, resilience, and staying committed to the process.
Kennedy Wesley

Spotlight: Wesley was selected in the first round (12th overall) of the 2024 NWSL Draft by San Diego Wave FC. She is an avid champion of philanthropic endeavors. Most recently she has been nominated for the Lauren Holiday Community impact Leader award! In Fall of 2025 Wesley had her first call up to the USWNT full team! She is a very mission driven player who leads with passion on and off the field.

Karlie Lema

Spotlight: Karlie graduated with a Sociology degree in 3.5 years. Her senior season at Cal she led the Bears to the NCAA Tournament Round of 32 and was ACC Offensive Player of the year. She signed with Bay FC and is now playing in her rookie season in the NWSL. Karlie is passionate about inspiring and supporting young girls as they navigate their own athletic journeys—encouraging them to believe in themselves through both challenges and successes. She values perseverance, confidence, and a love for continuous growth on and off the field
Alex Loera
College: Santa Clara University
Soccer Career: Kansas City Current (2021-2023), Bay FC (2024), Utah Royals (2025)
Spotlight: Alex played collegiately for four years where she captained her team to win the National Championship in 2020. She was drafted out of college to Kansas City Current. After her second year she was signed as the first player in franchise history for Bay FC's inaugural season but unfortunately tore her ACL the fifth game in. She was then traded to Utah Royals where she unfortunately, again, tore her ACL after her return to play. Alex is looking forward to working with athletes who have experienced or are experiencing injuries. She is passionate about her faith, reading, coffee shop dates, her cats, and providing a safe space where people and athletes can experience their raw emotions with her and she can provide support for them however they need.
Samantha Staab

Spotlight: Sam is a professional soccer player who players as a center back for the Chicago Stars in the NWSL. She grew up in San Diego, CA before making a big move to Clemson and studying Accounting. Playing collegiately at Clemson for four years, she was drafted by the Washington Spirit in 2019. After five years with the club she moved clubs to the Chicago Stars and have been with them since. Having been through a big injury and also considering not to even play after college, Sam is passionate about helping the next generation of platers achieve their goals on or off the field.

Spotlight: Sierra just finished her rookie season in France after her stint in the NWSL. She received her bachelor's in business and her master's in communications from Stanford University. She is passionate about mental health and giving through coaching and mentorship. Sierra believes in the importance of community and wants to share her journey with others within female footballers.

Spotlight: Maya is beginning her rookie season in the NWSL with the Bay FC expansion team. She received her bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, and is passionate about mental health and relating to others by listening to and sharing unique experiences as a person and a player. She hopes to help young, aspiring players improve their mental performance and assist them come closer to their full potential.
Maddie Prohaska
College: Auburn University
Soccer Career: Auburn University, Seattle Reign NWSL, Racing Louisville NWSL
Spotlight: Maddie grew up outside of Cincinnati before competing at Auburn University for 5 seasons. She got her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sports Coaching then a masters in Adult Education with a focus in sports coaching. She played her rookie season with the Seattle Reign and now in her second year playing for Racing Louisville. She became passionate about mental health and mental performance while in college trying to navigate how to differentiate who she was as an athlete and who she was as a person outside of sport. She loves what connection can help you become away from sport and the importance of having an identity outside of it to help you be the best on the field.
Bethany Bos (Balcer)

Spotlight: Bethany has played professional soccer for 8 years and was the 2019 NWSL Rookie of the year. She has her Masters in Counseling and is passionate about mental health in the sports space. After facing her own challenges with anxiety and performance pressure, she wants to use her experience to help others walk through similar challenges. When she isn’t mentoring, Bethany loves to hang out with her rescue pup Frisco, read, and go for runs.
Olivia Sekany

Spotlight: Olivia just finished her rookie season in the NWSL, prior to which she earned a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from UC Berkeley and a master’s in Communication Leadership from the University of Washington. She is passionate about mental health and making sport a safe space for the next generation.
Nikki Stanton

Spotlight: Nikki just finished her 10th year in the NWSL. She has also played seasons in Australia and Norway. She graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology. She is very passionate about raising awareness of mental health. Her favorite hobbies include hiking, traveling and reading. She is excited to connect with female footballers, support them along their journey, help them excel and have fun!
Charlotte Kohler

Spotlight: Charlotte is a student athlete on the Stanford women’s soccer team. She played ECNL and high school soccer and is now a sophomore in college. She loves reading, hiking, coffee, and the beach. Charlotte is passionate about helping young athletes navigate the recruitment process, achieve their goals, and feel confident in themselves on and off the field.

Spotlight: Jordyn is finishing her third season in the NWSL for Racing Louisville. At the University of Wisconsin she got her bachelor’s degree in economics with a double minor in entrepreneurship and general business as well as a master’s degree in educational leadership and policy analysis. She hopes to help support young aspiring athletes navigate their journeys and achieve their goals.

Spotlight: Mia is in her 4th year playing professional soccer. She majored in Media Studies with a focus in sports marketing. She was on the board of the Black Student Athlete Committee at UC Berkeley and interned for the Athletics Dept in Women’s Basketball. Mia is always focused on helping the younger generation of women’s soccer. She has coached both mens and women’s soccer, loves to read and explore new places!

Spotlight: Andrea is playing in her last season at Stanford University with hopes to play professionally in next year. She earned a B.S. in Symbolic Systems with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and a M.S. in Sustainability Science. She is passionate about inspiring young women and giving them the tools to navigate the physical and mental challenges of being an athlete. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors for snowboarding, rock climbing, and watersports! She also loves photography and is a huge foodie!

Evergreen Mindset Performance Coach. Co-Founder of Sandy Vibez: Runs a specialized youth program, focusing on beach soccer training and strength and conditioning in the sand. Experienced in elite-level fitness, including competitive bodybuilding. Hope to help young female athletes build resilience, confidence, and a strong mental game by teaching the mental and emotional skills needed to find their competitive edge and growth from within.

Spotlight: Growing up Chardonnay played for youth US National teams. In March of 2026, she made the decision to play for the Philippines National Team. Chardonnay recently moved to Portugal to play for the top women’s league. She is a passionate advocate for the mental side of the game. She is excited to work with Female Footballers to help strengthen players confidence and resilience.
Keely Roy

Spotlight: Keely currently is a sports broadcaster for ACC college sports, a coach and a podcaster. Throughout her career she dealt with injury, transferring colleges twice, and other playing time/position challenges, but she learned to train her brain to help her through adversity. She currently became a professional Beach Soccer Player and loves it! She can’t wait to work with players on the mental side of the game as she has a huge passion for mentorship and sharing her knowledge with the next generation of players.
Maddie Mercado

Spotlight: Maddie was drafted to the Seattle Reign of the NWSL in the 2024 Draft 27th overall. She played collegiately at the University of Notre Dame. She played on the USYNT U14 and U19 teams. Maddie grew up alongside FF Mentor Sierra Enge and her sister and shares in their mission to provide guidance and support to female players on the mental side of the game.
Quincy McMahon
College: UCLA

Spotlight:
Quincy McMahon is a professional soccer player for Racing Louisville FC and a graduate of UCLA, where she earned a degree in Cognitive Science. During her four-year collegiate career, she helped lead the Bruins to an NCAA National Championship, two Pac-12 Championships, and a Big Ten Tournament Championship, earning Offensive Player of the Tournament honors. After graduating, Quincy began her professional career with San Diego Wave FC before joining Racing Louisville FC. Throughout her career, Quincy has experienced challenges that come with performance anxiety and the pressure to succeed. Those experiences have fueled her passion for creating a space where all athletes feel empowered to embrace both the athlete they are and the person they are becoming. In addition to her professional playing career, Quincy has coached girls of all ages and understands the powerful role that positive mentorship can play in building confidence, resilience, and a healthy relationship with sport.
Melissa Lowder

Spotlight: Melissa played 4 seasons at Santa Clara University from 2015-2018 and served as captain in her last two seasons. She began her professional career in 2019 and has played 6 years in the NWSL and 1 oversees in Iceland. She also began her professional beach soccer career in 2019. Melissa tore her ACL in both the 2024 and 2025 seasons and is passionate about using her experience to support athletes going through injuries. She also hopes to mentor athletes in building confidence and resiliency through their soccer careers.

Spotlight: Mia spent the last 7 seasons at UC Berkeley battling injury and growing to become a better player each year. She recently signed her first pro contract with AFC Toronto! She spend time on USYNT U17/U19 and played on the USL2 SF Glens as well. Mia is excited to use her experience at the highest level to help girls through adversity in their youth experience.

Spotlight: Adyson has been playing professionally overseas for the past 4 years since graduating from college in 2019. She loves traveling, experiencing new cultures, and learning new languages. Playing abroad has been an incredible experience and she would love to share what she has learned throughout her journey. She’s also very passionate about improving her mental performance through meditation, breath work, and journaling and wants to help younger players learn these useful techniques.

Spotlight: Allie has played competitive soccer throughout her life and, to this day, continues to find ways to stay involved in the soccer community and serve young players. She recently participated in a former player's panel at Nike to share stories and experiences in the sport with a local youth soccer girls' team. She looks forward to continuing to support young athletes in the Female Footballers program.

Emmy Rodriquez

Spotlight: After graduation began working in the NBA- Sacramento Kings and focused in partnerships for 4 seasons. Received a referral in 2021 for a position at Apple to work on partnerships for Apple Pay across all 5 major sports leagues (NBA, NFL, MLS, NHL, MLB). Been working at Apple for almost 3 years and have spent the past year living in New York. Recently transferred back to the Bay Area to continue new opportunities within Apple.
Lea Graham

Spotlight: After graduating with a Master's Degree in Sport and Performance Psychology, Lea has been working in higher education in various roles. Combining her athletic experience and education, she now serves as a Director of Operations for Southern Utah University's D1 WSOC Program. She works as a Program Manager in Community Mental Health for California Institute of Integral Studies. She is also pursuing her MBA with an emphasis in leadership. Lea is passionate about mental skills development and providing the tools and resources for female athletes to reach their full potential on and off the field.
Arianna Manrique

Spotlight: Ari is graduating from Cal where she majored in Psychology. She was captain of the soccer team for two years before medically retiring. She is now on staff with the Women's soccer team at Cal, coached High School soccer throughout her time at Cal and works closely with The Cameron institute for Student Athlete development at Cal. She is passionate about supporting young female athletes!
Sadie Brown

Soccer Career: Captain for Santa Clara Sporting, Captain for Archbishop Mitty, 1 year at UC Santa Barbara.
Spotlight: Chloe played her entire club soccer career with Santa Clara Sporting where she led her team to five NorCal State Cup Championships. She was also a 4-year member of the Archbishop Mitty Women’s Varsity soccer team. During her high school career she won 4 WCAL championships, 2 CCS championships, and was the CIF NorCal runner-up in 2018. She then went to play soccer at UC Santa Barbara for 1 year before retiring to focus on school and her mental health. She is currently the assistant women’s varsity soccer coach at Archbishop Mitty High School and is attending Santa Clara University to pursue a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.

Spotlight: Kierra chases the game and loves sharing how big the world is through travel and play. She has taken youth players to Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Colombia, Chile, and France to compete.
Alana Asch
College: University of Vermont, University of Northern Colorado Masters in Sport and Exercise Science
Soccer Career: Certified Health and Wellness Instructor, Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Her soccer career was stopped short when she began to struggle with her mental health her senior year of high school. Since then, Alana has rebuilt her relationship to not just soccer, but fitness and exercise also.
Spotlight: Alana is a strength and conditioning coach building physically resilient and mentally strong youth female soccer players. Alana is excited to be a part of Female Footballers to share her expertise and passion about empowering youth females with the mental skill sets and tools she did not have when she was playing in high school.

Spotlight: In addition to her success on the field, court, and in the sand, Louise is a published author (Book: The Blackout- A novel Inspired by True Events) and coaches youth teams in the Bay Area.
Sarah Troccoli
College: Florida Gators
Soccer Career: Carolina Ascent (GSL) Aland United (Finland)
Spotlight: Troccoli played for Åland United of the Kansallinen Liiga for three years. In the 2021 season, Troccoli played 19 games and scored 6 goals. In the 2022 season she played 20 games and scored 4 goals and finished off the season winning the Finnish Cup. In July of 2024, Troccoli signed with Carolina Ascent FC ahead of the USL Super League's inaugural season. She scored her first goal with the club in a 3–3 draw with DC Power FC.
Kim Yokers Kreta

Soccer Career: 5 years of professional soccer with the Bay Area FC Gold Pride, Long Island Fury, and the NWSL's Western New York Flash USSF C License
Spotlight: Kim brings a great deal of experience to the table as an ex-pro soccer player, former club technical director and coach, and years of private and small group coaching experience. She is a parent to two kiddos, and is currently obtaining a masters in counseling to become a licensed therapist, with the intention of working with youth and young adults who are navigating challenging phases in their lives.

Spotlight: Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Hispanic Children and Families from Our Lady of the Lake University 2022 (San Antonio TX), currently working towards independent licensure (LCSW), Certified School Social Worker (Prek-12) currently working as a school counselor for students K-12 in Arizona, Trained in Mental Health First Aid Courtney has a wide variety of experience which includes playing at the collegiate level, youth coaching, and soccer moming. Courtney is a Masters level social worker and is working towards her independent clinical license, LCSW. She is a Certified School Social Worker and provides counseling at a K-12 school in Arizona.
Jenni Cienfuegos

Soccer Career: Four year soccer and academic scholarship at NDNU. Currently Diablo Valley Wolves FC assistant girls DOC. In the process of earning a US Soccer "C" license. Currently playing at Copa Soccer Training Lab futsal leagues.
Spotlight: Outside of soccer Jenni is an elementary PE teacher. Her passion for coaching and teaching shines bright while out on the field and surrounded by athletes. Soccer has been a part of her life since she was four. She has been through all the mental and physical challenges that come with competitive and collegiate soccer. Jenni is an advocate for community over competition and making positive changes and creating more opportunities for girls/women in sports. She has been coaching top level teams, formerly at Walnut Creek Surf Soccer Club and now at Diablo Valley Wolves FC for the past 10+ years.

Spotlight: Mari has played overseas professionally in three different countries as well as competed collegiately and semi professionally in the United States. She has been very passionate about mental health and athletics since college, and is going to be starting her Masters in Sports Psychology in the Fall. While playing, Mari has also coached for the past 12 years at all youth levels and excited now to continue that work as a mentor at Female Footballers!

Spotlight: Jordyn received multiple awards at Cal for her contributions to the community and success in the Haas School of Business. She served on the board of Cal Athletics Gender Equity and Diversity Committee and as a steering member for RISE (Reach, Inclusion, Service, and Equity), a program to boost the Haas undergraduate applicant pool of historically underrepresented minorities.

McKinley Harding

Spotlight: McKinley Harding is a student-athlete at Menlo School. During her ACL recovery, she participated in the Female Footballers Rise and Return program, where she built mental toughness and confidence as she returned to play. She is passionate about fostering a strong, supportive culture for girls in soccer and believes in the power of shared experiences to build confidence and resilience. As an ambassador, McKinley works to connect athletes across the program and help cultivate a community where every girl feels seen, valued, and empowered.
